Love In The Spring {Katherine + Devin}
We've been dying to share this adorable photo session with you, and you'll soon see why. Devin and Katherine are college sweethearts who wanted to memorialize their love through photographs. DC in springtime was the perfect backdrop for these young lovers. The cherry blossoms were in full bloom, and it was the perfect day for a leisurely stroll through the national mall.
We even stopped on the bridge to enjoy some cupcakes on this lovely afternoon. Watching Katherine and Devin interact was just the sweetest thing. At once innocent and abiding, silly and sincere, new and familiar: it was everything that made us smile when we reminisced about a first love. Their furtive glances at one another and the little moments of tenderness were almost too fleeting for us to even notice, but thankfully, the camera didn't miss a beat, and when we looked through the pictures afterwards, it completely melted our hearts!
